See it in action
From a reference to a playable build — across every surface.
A look at the studio and what it produces. Grabs from real projects, rolling out during the beta.
How it's used
You direct. The agents produce. You approve.
A few of the things game devs run Curfluffle for — pick one.
You direct
Design a GRUNTS TCG set around the country leaders — balanced across domains.
The agent produces
- Drafts cards with stats, attacks, weakness, and numbering
- Builds a numbered set and tracks rarity + completion
- Battle-tests balance in the simulator before you approve
Built for every kind of game
- FPS
- Trading card games
- 2D platformers
- Top-down / RPG
- Narrative
- NFT collections
A whole studio of agents
32 specialist agents across 7 departments — art, narrative, QA, production, card systems. Each owns one job and hands work to the next.
You approve every step
Agents produce drafts, not decisions. A readiness score, a QA queue, and an approval gate keep you in control of everything that ships.
Production Memory
Decisions, canon, and specs live in one approvable knowledge store — so your agents stay consistent as the game grows.
A whole game, end to end
Characters, maps, cards, NFTs, audio, UI, and lore — designed, playtested, and exported to Unity or a live WebGL build.
How it works
Draft, review, ship — in three steps.
Direct an agent
Pick a specialist, fill a few typed inputs, and run it — a card, a map, a design brief, an NFT spec.
Review the draft
Read the structured output, its readiness score, and its suggested hand-offs. Approve, revise, or send to QA.
Save to your workspace
Approved work lands in the right place — Card Library, Map Studio, Roster — ready to build on and export.
Your game, your IP
Built so the work stays yours.
You own everything you make
Every card, character, map, and drop the agents produce is yours — export it, ship it, sell it. No lock-in, no strings.
Private by default
Your projects and drafts are scoped to your account. No one else sees your work in progress.
Never trained on your game
Your prompts, assets, and designs are never used to train AI models. Your ideas stay yours.
Pipelines
End-to-end, from a reference to a shippable result.
Each pipeline chains the right agents and tools, with a guided assistant that tells you the next step. You flow from one stage to the next and approve what ships.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do I need to know how to code or make art?
No. You direct specialist agents with a few typed inputs; they produce the drafts — characters, sprites, maps, cards, NFTs, audio, lore — and you approve what ships.
Who owns what the agents make?
You do. Every card, character, map, and drop is yours to export, ship, and sell. No lock-in.
Do you train AI on my game?
Never. Your prompts, assets, and designs are not used to train models. Your ideas stay yours.
What kinds of games can I make?
FPS, trading-card games, 2D platformers, top-down / RPG, narrative games, and NFT collections — the pipelines are built for each.
What can I export to?
Unity and a live WebGL build for games, plus Solana for NFT drops. Whole-game state exports as JSON.
Can another app use Curfluffle's tools?
Yes — a versioned HTTP API exposes the game-content tools so another app (like grunts-app) can generate cards, drops, characters, maps, and more with an API key.
Is it free right now?
Curfluffle is in private beta. Join the waitlist and we'll open the studio to you — we'll share pricing before anything is charged.
Is my work private and synced across devices?
Your work is scoped privately to your account. During the beta it's stored in your browser, so export anything you want to keep — cross-device sync lands as we move to a hosted database.
